The introduction of the Statement of Fitness for Work means that doctors can advise patients about how they might be supported to work as they recover, as opposed to only being able to sign them off sick.

The Bitterne Walk-in Centre on Commercial Road, Bitterne (Tel: 023 8042 6356) is open every weekday evening between 6.30 and 10.00pm. On weekends and bank holidays it is open between 8.30am and 10.00pm.
